What we collect

Through the ‘Become a partner’ form: your name, agency or firm, profession, département, email address and, if you ask one, your question. Nothing else.

Why

To answer your request and, if a partnership follows, to manage it. The legal basis is answering your request and the pre-contractual steps you ask for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Where and for how long

Your request is stored in our own business-contacts file, on a server we run ourselves, and a copy reaches our mailbox (Google Workspace). We keep the data for no more than three years after the last contact.

Sharing

Your details are never sold or passed on to anyone.

Visitor statistics

This site uses Umami, a self-hosted, cookie-free visitor counter. It counts visits in aggregate only and shares nothing with third parties. This site sets no cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to info@agencecible.fr. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
